1. Pre-order Agreement
By placing a pre-order for the DreamAcres Recovery Cocoon, you are entering into an agreement to purchase the product subject to the terms outlined below. Your pre-order constitutes an offer to purchase, which DreamAcres reserves the right to accept or decline.
2. Launch Date
The estimated launch date for the DreamAcres Recovery Cocoon is August 2026. This date is indicative only and subject to change. DreamAcres will not be held liable for any delays beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to manufacturing delays, shipping disruptions, or supply chain issues.
Pre-order customers will be notified by email of any changes to the estimated launch date as soon as reasonably practicable.
3. Pricing and Payment
The price of the DreamAcres Recovery Cocoon is €199. This is the standard retail price and is inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Payment is taken at the time of placing your pre-order. If DreamAcres is unable to fulfil your order for any reason, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Limited Stock
The initial production run of the Recovery Cocoon is intentionally limited. Pre-orders are fulfilled on a first come, first served basis. DreamAcres reserves the right to limit the number of units available at the pre-order price.
In the unlikely event that demand exceeds available stock, DreamAcres will contact affected customers to offer either a full refund or priority placement on the next production run.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your pre-order at any time prior to the product being dispatched. To cancel, please contact us at info@dreamacres.co with your order number and we will process a full refund within 10 business days.
Once the product has been dispatched, our standard returns policy applies as outlined in the main Terms and Conditions.
6. Product Specifications
Product images, descriptions and specifications provided on this website are for illustrative purposes. DreamAcres reserves the right to make minor modifications to the final product without notice, provided that such modifications do not materially affect the product's core function or quality.
7. Subscriber Benefits
DreamAcres email subscribers may receive priority access and first access to future product releases. These benefits are provided at the discretion of DreamAcres and may be subject to change or withdrawal at any time.
